Security Policy

1. The contribution and dissemination of prohibited information and negative materials that contravene national policies are strictly prohibited.
2. Disseminating information that is political, seditious, or racist in nature, or anything that compromises the reputation of the Ministry and the Public Service, is prohibited.
3. Visitors wishing to use facilities such as forums are required to register as a security measure to prevent any untoward incidents.
4. Visitors must ensure that files sent via attachment are free from viruses.
5. Visitors are fully responsible for the information entered.
6. All information to be uploaded to the Housing and Local Government Training Institute must receive approval from the Head of Division/Department.
7. Agency or company websites requiring a link to the Housing and Local Government Training Institute website, or vice versa, must obtain permission from the Head of Department.
8. Intrusion or attempts to hack the Housing and Local Government Training Institute website are strictly prohibited.
