- Conduct training in all aspects related to Local Government, planning and human resource placement for Local Authority members.
- Establish a responsive reference centre to address issues related to Local Authorities.
- Provide advisory services to Local Authorities in terms of technology, materials/products, programmes and projects for implementation by Local Authorities.
