Empowering the Circular Economy Agenda: I-KPKT Signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with WMAM

On 10 August 2026, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony between the Housing and Local Government Training Institute (I-KPKT) and the Waste Management Association of Malaysia (WMAM) took place, establishing a collaboration in the field of solid waste management and public cleansing.

This inaugural collaboration between I-KPKT and a professional association aims to strengthen competency development, expertise sharing, and best practices within the solid waste management industry.

It is hoped that this strategic partnership between I-KPKT and WMAM will further reinforce the capacity-building ecosystem in solid waste management and public cleansing in a more comprehensive and integrated manner, aligned with current industry developments and best practices.
