Executive Talk Session: The Impact of Bankruptcy on Civil Servants in Malaysia with the Malaysia Department of Insolvency

The Centre for Legal Understanding and Enforcement Studies, Housing and Local Government Training Institute (I-KPKT), organised the Executive Talk Session: The Impact of Bankruptcy on Civil Servants in Malaysia with the Malaysia Department of Insolvency on 13 May 2025. This session was conducted online and was attended by participants from Local Authorities (PBT) nationwide. This Executive Talk was held in collaboration with the Malaysia Department of Insolvency and featured a presentation by Mrs Siti Nor Mazlifah Binti Mokhtar, Director of the Bankruptcy Division at the Malaysia Department of Insolvency (MDI).

The session was held to enhance participants’ understanding regarding the impact of bankruptcy on civil servants based on the Insolvency Act 1967 [Act 360], as well as to expose participants to bankruptcy procedures.
