A Park Management Plan is a document or plan outlining the management and preservation of parks or open spaces to ensure they function well, are sustainable, and benefit the community and the environment. This plan typically encompasses the following aspects: Park Purpose and Goals, Spatial Planning and Design, Plant and Landscape Selection, Natural Resource Management, Care and Preservation, and Risk and Safety Management.

The course was conducted physically and in-person, attended by participants from PBTs and involved agencies. The main objective of this course was to understand and plan one of the crucial aspects of managing a park. It covers aspects of activity planning, human resources, finance, and maintenance. This ensures that a park always functions in line with the needs of local users.

It is hoped that the participants can apply the knowledge and insights gained.
