Notice: Phased Lift Maintenance Works at I-KPKT
Please be informed that the Housing and Local Government Training Institute (I-KPKT) will be carrying out lift maintenance works to ensure that the safety and performance of the institute’s facilities remain at an optimum level.
These maintenance works will commence on 22 June 2026 until 7 August 2026. Consequently, several lifts will be closed in phases according to the following schedule:
Phased Lift Closure Schedule:

| Block G Lift (Men’s Hostel Block) | 22 June 2026 – 10 July 2026 |
| Block F Lift (Women’s Hostel Block) | 13 July 2026 – 7 August 2026 |
| Block A Lift (Administration Block) | 22 June 2026 – 7 August 2026 |
Guidelines for I-KPKT Personnel & Visitors:
- Plan Your Movement: All staff, course participants, and visitors are advised to plan their daily movements in advance as lift usage will be limited according to the affected locations.
- Use Alternative Routes: Please use the stairs following the directional signage provided in each block throughout the maintenance period.
- Safety: Please avoid approaching the designated maintenance work areas for our mutual safety.
