Course on Writing Compound Notices and Notices of Offence

The Centre for Legal Understanding and Enforcement Studies, Housing and Local Government Training Institute (I-KPKT), organised the Course on Writing Compound Notices and Notices of Offence on 29-30 April 2025. The course was conducted in-person and was attended by 45 participants from Local Authorities (PBT) nationwide. The course speaker was Mr Mohd Irwan Bin Mat from the Legal and Prosecution Department of Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).

Participants were exposed to the methods and gained an accurate understanding of the procedures for writing notices and offence notifications based on the relevant legal provisions.
