Nur Ramadan: I-KPKT Concludes Khatam Al-Quran & Iftar Ceremony

11 March 2026 / 21 Ramadan 1447H – Approaching the last ten nights of Ramadan, the Housing and Local Government Training Institute (I-KPKT) held a Khatam Al-Quran and Iftar Ceremony at the I-KPKT Surau.

This ceremony marks the culmination of the Ramadan observance programmes that have taken place throughout this holy month. Proudly, this year’s Tadarus Al-Quran tradition was successfully carried out with the full participation of the workforce, who were divided into 6 main groups.

Mission of 30 Juzuk Achieved

To ensure the holy Al-Quran is completely recited, each group was given the responsibility to complete 5 juzuk. The spirit of cooperation and steadfastness shown by every group member finally bore fruit when the khatam ceremony was carried out with profound reverence today (21 Ramadan 1447H).

A Blessed Iftar Ceremony

Upon the completion of the khatam ceremony, the programme continued with:

• Iftar Ceremony: Breaking the fast together to strengthen the bonds of kinship between the management and staff.
• Congregational Maghrib Prayer: Strengthening brotherhood in a serene atmosphere of worship.

This programme is not merely an annual routine, but serves as the best platform for I-KPKT personnel to reap the blessings of Ramadan while commemorating the recent Nuzul Al-Quran.
