Course on Strengthening Local Authority Management in Embracing Madani

I-KPKT, under the Centre for Legislative Understanding and Enforcement Studies, organised the COURSE ON STRENGTHENING LOCAL AUTHORITY (PBT) MANAGEMENT IN EMBRACING MADANI, which was successfully held on 3 March 2026.

A total of 450 participants from local authorities across Malaysia and relevant government agencies attended this course, which was delivered by Madam Fazrin Nazmi binti Zainol Abidin and Mr Mohd Azrul bin Mat Said from the Centre for Management and Leadership Studies, National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN).

This course aims to:

• Provide a clear understanding of the Malaysia MADANI concept as a national development framework based on values and humanity.
• Increase participants’ awareness of the six main pillars of Malaysia MADANI, namely Sustainability, Well-being, Innovation, Respect, Trust, and Compassion, as well as their significance in national development.
• Shape a strong identity and an excellent work culture that aligns with the aspirations of Malaysia MADANI among civil servants and organisational members.
