Government Procurement Procedures and Contract Preparation Course

From 22 to 24 September 2026, the Centre for Legal Understanding and Enforcement Studies, Housing and Local Government Training Institute (I-KPKT), successfully conducted the Government Procurement Procedures and Contract Preparation Course in person at I-KPKT, Bukit Tinggi, Bentong, Pahang.

The three-day course was delivered by Ts. Mohd Khairul Helmie bin Abd Jabar from the eWorks System Project Management Team Division, Project, Policy and Contract Unit, Ministry of Finance.

A total of 37 participants attended the course with full commitment throughout the sessions.

The course aimed to enhance officers’ understanding and skills in comprehensive and precise government procurement procedures and contract preparation, particularly regarding compliance with prevailing government procurement regulations.

The Ministry places utmost emphasis on transparency, integrity, and procedural compliance in every procurement and contract drafting process to ensure all matters are conducted efficiently and remain free from any non-compliance issues.

I-KPKT extends its highest appreciation to Ts. Mohd Khairul Helmie bin Abd Jabar as the speaker, as well as to all participants and parties involved in ensuring the success of this course.
