MADANI Character Building Course

The Housing and Local Government Training Institute (I-KPKT) is pleased to have organised the MADANI Character Building Course from 23 to 25 April 2025 at the Bachok Fire and Rescue Station, Kelantan. This course serves as one of the initiatives to shape and strengthen noble values, teamwork spirit, and personal identity (jati diri) among civil servants, in line with the Malaysia MADANI aspirations.

Throughout the three-day event, various physical activities, self-training, and spiritual modules were implemented to enhance the physical and mental resilience of the participants. This programme not only provided an avenue for participants to hone their soft skills but also strengthened integrity, discipline, and commitment towards their service duties.

The I-KPKT community extends its deepest appreciation and gratitude to all parties who contributed to the success of this course, especially the dedicated team of facilitators and trainers, the committed secretariat, the Bachok Fire and Rescue Station for providing comfortable training facilities, and all participants who gave their full cooperation throughout the programme.

It is hoped that all knowledge and experience gained through this MADANI Character Building Course can be utilised to empower an excellent and integrity-driven civil service, grounded in MADANI values.
